About Me
Hello and welcome!
My name is Sacharie, and I am a residential real estate appraiser. I have been in the real estate business since the year 2000. I officially earned my residential appraisal license in 2007 but had been working with an appraisal company since 2000.
My career started before I even knew it, playing on travel sports teams throughout my childhood and teenage years. I continued my appreciation for this varied landscape when I graduated from the University of Massachusetts Lowell with a degree in Environmental Science. I learned early on how diverse and unique the state of Massachusetts is, from ocean-side communities to forest-enclosed acreage to the ever-evolving high-rise city landscape.
As an appraiser, I have developed the skills and knowledge to properly analyze this uniqueness and diversity. I continue to build on my experience and education so that all my work continues to be on target and accurate.
